MBTI and Teams: The MBTI Teambuilding workshop sets the foundation for exploring the challenges of work group behaviour. Individualized MBTI Team Profiles highlight both strengths and potential conflicts in problem-solving style, communication and work behaviours, offering insights and specific recommendations on how to improve team communication and performance.

Train the Trainer

Lighthouse can help you to build training skills in-house. Using the key principles of adult learning, the two day Train the Trainer program is designed to help your organization raise the quality and consistency of your staff training activities. For staff responsible for training others, knowing how to prepare and deliver interesting learning sessions will make the job easier and allow for measurable results.

Customized Sessions

Facilitated workshops with specialized content (e.g. Communication, Team Dynamics, Conflict Management, or Managing Change) can be designed to meet your specific business needs. These sessions are particularly effective when they follow an initial MBTI® or Prevue™ Corporate Coach teambuilding workshop.
