Biography: Laurie Mills

Laurie Mills is the President of Lighthouse Professional Development Consulting Services. She holds a Master Degree in International Adult Education (University of Toronto/OISE) and certification as a Professional Coach (College of Executive Coaching). Her formal education also includes a Certificate in Human Resource Management (University of Manitoba) as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree and Certificate of Applied Women’s Studies (University of Western Ontario).

Laurie enthusiastically shares her expertise in her roles as a coach, consultant and trainer. Her own career has taken her across Canada – from Ontario and Manitoba, up to the Nunavut Territory and to the Okanagan where she has lived since 1999.
